With a stellar 40-year career in the UK banking and financial services sector, our distinguished personal effectiveness course leader enjoyed a highly successful tenure at Lloyds Bank. Rising to senior management at a young age, he was later headhunted by a merchant bank to join its main board as a director.

Since retiring, Redcliffe’s trainer has worked as a freelance soft skills training consultant and is proud to serve as an external Master Trainer at HSBC and the Bank of China. Specialising in a range of soft skills sessions, he has also played a key role in screening and assessing both prospective and current trainers to evaluate their capabilities and ensure they meet the required standards.

Our productivity course specialist has led 'train the trainer' programs, alongside the sessions previously mentioned. For the Bank of China, he designed, developed, and delivered a highly successful and comprehensive personal effectiveness training program.
