Public courses

Cancellations and transfers

For webinar courses, cancellations submitted in writing 15 or more working days before the course attract a 10% fee. Cancellations within 15 working days are non-refundable and the full fee remains payable. Substitute participants are permitted at any stage free of charge.

For face-to-face courses, cancellations submitted in writing 35 or more working days before the course attract a 10% fee. Cancellations within 35 working days are non-refundable. Transfer fees of 15%, 25% or 40% apply depending on notice given.

Payment

An invoice is issued upon booking confirmation and is due before the course date. Non-attendance does not waive the payment obligation. The client agrees to cover any solicitor or debt-collection costs incurred to enforce payment.

Copyright

Recording in any format is prohibited. Course materials are restricted to confirmed participants. You will not disseminate the supplied materials throughout your firm or to any external third party. Login sharing is prohibited and a non-solicitation agreement applies to our staff and trainers.

In-house courses

Full payment is due two weeks before delivery unless otherwise agreed. Cancellation fees apply on a sliding scale: 25% if cancelled 20–30 days before, 40% if cancelled 10–20 days before, 100% within 10 days. Free rescheduling is available until 20 business days prior.

Conferences

Cancellations 30 or more days before the event receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 30 days are non-refundable. Substitute delegates are accepted free of charge with 24 hours notice. Transfers between events are not permitted.

Governing law

These terms are governed by English law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
