Bookings
How do I book a course?
Pick a date on any course page and add it to your cart. You can complete checkout immediately or save attendee names for later.
Can I book multiple attendees?
Yes — up to 10 per session via the public site. For larger groups, please use our in-house training enquiry form.
Delivery
Where are face-to-face courses delivered?
Our main centres are in London, Manchester, Birmingham, Leeds and online via live webinar. In-house courses are delivered at your premises anywhere in the UK.
Certification
Will I receive a certificate?
Yes. Certificates are issued by email within one working day of completion and remain valid for the period specified on each course page (typically 3 years).
