Redcliffe Training's Leadership and Management Skills course is conducted by an international speaker, trainer and consultant with over 40 years of experience, who makes understanding business and finance easier.

He manages training and consultancy interventions to help businesses improve financial outcomes and helps professionals improve their knowledge in Finance, Presentation Skills, Leadership and Negotiations. This includes designing and leading workshops, seminars and learning events for organisations to help managers and leaders understand how their decisions impact overall performance.

These have been delivered in 47 countries, including short leadership courses in the UK, with clients in at least 200 organisations. This includes insurance companies, banks, energy services, hotels, automotive, retailers, agriculture, charities and public sector organisations. He showcases that professionals in business, government and third sector must develop their communication skills that match their responsibilities.

The trainer has an MBA from Cranfield University and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development. In addition, he is a Member of The Chartered Institute of Bankers, a Fellow of the Professional Speaking Association, and a Fellow of the Royal Society for Arts.

His previous experience features a career in banking which included; managing sales and service teams, lending, managing high-net-worth clients and running training programmes for others to work successfully in these areas. This combination of training with management expertise means the theory is backed up by a wide range of practice – good and bad – and always learning.
