Delivering legal technology training is a Data Protection specialist with over a decade of experience. He founded Digital Law in 2014 to provide legal & compliance advice to organisations about their activities in the Digital arena. He advises clients across the UK, Europe, the Middle East, North Africa, Asia and the Americas on data protection, GDPR, cybersecurity, AI, blockchain, e-commerce, software licensing, privacy, and digital compliance across sectors including financial services, retail and technology.
Co-author of the Cyber Security Toolkit for the Law Society of England and Wales, a practical compliance guide for law firms, he is also co-author of a GDPR practical compliance manual for law firms. Teaching digital transformation for law firms, he regularly presents Webinars and Podcasts for several organisations. Speaking regularly at conferences globally, he has presented at LegalTechTalk, the Nordic Privacy Arena, the European Legal Security Forum, the Lawyer2050 Conference in Tunisia, Legal Geek and the British Legal Technology Forum. In addition, he produces the regular Digital Law Podcast.
A member of the SPRITE+ Expert Advisory Board, he was a former Chair of both the Law Society's GDPR Working Group and Technology and Law Committee.
