Redcliffe’s UK Commercial Property tax course specialist is the Director of a leading consultancy specialising in taxation, share scheme advice, reward structuring, and professional training. He has developed tailored tax advisory services for both small businesses and large corporations, including advising FTSE-listed companies on complex communication and tax strategies.

With a lecturing portfolio spanning most aspects of direct taxation, his key areas of expertise include employment taxation, transfer pricing, and property tax, each posing its own unique set of challenges. His deep knowledge and practical insights have made him a trusted advisor to top-tier clients in the finance and tax sectors.

Before this, our trainer spent nine years at Henderson. He led the Share Schemes team, designing innovative tax solutions for businesses.

His career path includes notable achievements, such as pioneering one of the first Share Incentive Plans (SIP) for large corporations in 2001. A project that garnered attention from HMRC for its novelty and effectiveness.

The trainer’s extensive experience includes over 16 years at three of the "Big Four" accountancy firms, culminating in a Senior Manager role at Deloitte. During this time, he worked on a wide range of complex tax issues, including corporate tax, profit-related pay, share schemes, expatriate taxation, tax investigations, and US taxation.

His rich background ensures participants receive practical, real-world insights into property tax complexities. Outside of work, he maintains an active interest in cricket, history, skiing, tennis, and gardening.
