A seasoned corporate finance specialist, he brings deep, practical expertise in global markets, with a strong focus on M&A risk management and structured finance.
A Visiting Fellow in M&A and Programme Director at Executive Development at Sir John Cass Business School, he also serves on the Visiting Faculty at Fuqua Business School. His advisory experience includes work with the UK’s Overseas Development Administration and EU PHARE and TACIS programmes across Europe and Russia.
His main areas of expertise include corporate finance, M&A, corporate analysis, structured finance, asset securitisation, risk management, valuation, corporate credit processes, project finance and treasury management. He currently works with numerous global corporate and banking clients in these areas whilst acting as an Expert Witness for London law firms in respect of his areas of expertise.
Across global markets including Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia, this trainer supports a broad range of clients, including large corporates and private equity firms, private investors, the NHS, and top-tier law firms. He provides tailored advisory and development services at both operational and senior management levels, underpinned by practical expertise in risk management in corporate finance.
This trainer is a well-known figure across various training and development companies in Europe, regularly giving seminars worldwide in his specialist areas.
Previously, he served as Managing Director of a subsidiary of Union Plc, a London merchant bank, following roles at leading global investment banks. He departed in 1996 to found his own international advisory firm.
